Baking a batch of Wicked Shortbread

Wicked Shortbread was not an overnight creation. What started off as a seasonal business developed into a year round venture.  Ever growing threats to our food supply have so many of us going back to basics.  There is nothing more basic than a shortbread cookie. Butter, flour and sugar. How simple is that?

Our 3 basic flavours of Classic, Chocolate Chunk and Toffee Bitz are available at various retailers throughout the Hills of Headwaters and GTA and make excellent hostess gifts, party treats or secret stashes of yumminess that you hide in your desk drawer.  Whether you are treating yourself or sharing them with others, we hope you enjoy Wicked Shortbread as much as we all do.
